1. Shipping Policy
1.1 Order Processing
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days upon full payment, excluding pre-order items with designated ship dates.
1.2 Shipping Regions & Fees
United States: Free standard shipping.
Other Countries: Shipping fees calculated at checkout. Import duties, VAT, and local taxes are the customer’s responsibility.
1.3 Delivery Estimates
Asia: 5–8 business days
North America: 7–12 business days
Europe: 7–14 business days
Others: 10–20 business days
1.4 Tracking
Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking number once the order is dispatched.
1.5 Customs & Duties
Buyers outside Singapore and the U.S. are responsible for any import duties, customs taxes, or additional handling fees imposed by their local authorities.
2. Pre-Sale Terms
2.1 Pre-Sale with Specified Shipping Date
If your pre-order includes a confirmed shipping window, we will honor that timeline. If shipping is delayed beyond the specified date, you are eligible for a full refund.
2.2 Intent Deposit Model
For campaigns requiring a deposit to secure your slot or early discount, deposits are refundable only within the promotional period as stated at the time of purchase.
3. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before the item is shipped or enters production. Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. Refunds will be processed in full for timely cancellations.
