1. Return & Refund Policy

1.1 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Customers may return unused and undamaged products within 30 days of delivery for any reason. The product must be returned in original packaging with all accessories included.

1.2 Return Conditions

Include proof of purchase (invoice or order number)

Must include all accessories and packaging

For BOGO promotions, both items must be returned

Shipping for non-defective returns is covered by the customer

Returns may be denied if above conditions are not met

1.3 Return Process

To initiate a return, contact support@cybersight.sg with your order number, product name, and reason. You will receive confirmation and return instructions.

1.4 Refunds

Refunds will be processed once the returned item is inspected. Funds will be credited to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.

2. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

• First check your bank account

• Then contact your credit card provider

• Finally, contact your bank as processing times may vary
