1. Warranty Policy
1.1 Warranty Coverage
CYBERSIGHT provides a limited warranty for defects in materials or workmanship under normal use:
EU & UK Customers: 24-month warranty
All Other Regions: 12-month warranty
Warranty period begins on the invoice date.
1.2 Quality-Related Claims
Defective products will be replaced with either a new or factory-refurbished unit of equal value. If a replacement is not preferred or available, a partial refund may be offered based on usage time.
1.3 What’s Covered
Display malfunction
AI or hardware failure under normal use
Sensor or connection issues not caused by misuse
1.4 What’s Not Covered
Damage caused by misuse, accident, impact, liquid exposure
Wear and tear (e.g. scratches, discoloration)
Unauthorized repair or modification
Products taken outside the country of purchase
Orders without valid proof of purchase
Free gifts, bonus items, or third-party repairs
1.5 Required for Warranty Claims
Valid proof of purchase
Serial number and/or photos of the defect
Details of issue and usage context
Return of the product (if requested for inspection)
1.6 Warranty Process
Contact support@cybersight.sg with full details. Once approved, CYBERSIGHT will handle replacement and service costs. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless a product is confirmed defective.
1.7 Warranty Limitations
Replacement items follow the remaining original warranty or 3-month minimum
Warranty claims must be submitted within 90 days of defect discovery
Warranties are void if products are refunded or taken out of the original country of purchase
CYBERSIGHT is not liable for data loss or personal items returned by mistake
