Shipping Zones, Costs, & Fulfillment

All e-commerce transactions and logistics fulfillments on this store are officially contracted with and executed by CYBERSIGHT TECH LIMITED utilizing our global logistics networks.
Standard shipping is free in most regions across our active delivery coverage.
Additional localized shipping fees may apply for certain specific locations, such as Norway, and will be dynamically displayed directly at your checkout screen.
Delivery to P.O. Boxes, military addresses, or parcel forwarding services might not be fully supported because certain local couriers require physical residential addresses for secure signature verification.

Processing & Delivery Timelines

In-stock orders are typically verified, packed, and dispatched within 3 to 5 business days once full payment is successfully received.
Following warehouse dispatch, priority international shipping usually takes 7 to 10 business days to arrive at your destination.
Products purchased under a pre-sale arrangement do not follow standard timelines, meaning that: (i) your order will be fulfilled and shipped as soon as the product hits its confirmed shipping window; and (ii) if unexpected delays push the shipping past that specified window, you are entitled to a full refund.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Order Cancellations & Address Modifications

We are always happy to update your shipping address if you drop us a note at support@cybersight.sg, provided that: (i) your order has not physically shipped yet; and (ii) the items have not yet entered the active production pipeline.
You can cancel your order for a full refund anytime before your order ships or enters production.
Once your package has been handed to the courier and is actively on the move, cancellations are no longer available, and buyers must instead utilize our standard returns process after delivery.

A shipping confirmation email containing a direct carrier tracking link will be automatically transmitted to your registered inbox as soon as your order is on its way.

CYBERSIGHT HUD Glasses can connect to one primary device at a time—your smartphone, bike computer, or smartwatch—via Bluetooth, and then mirror the key training data from that device into your HUD.

What sensors are supported?

CYBERSIGHT HUD Glasses supports all standard Bluetooth sensors—including heart-rate straps, cadence, power, and speed meters. While Garmin devices support both Bluetooth and ANT+, all other devices connect via Bluetooth only.

Can I customize what appears on the HUD?

Yes. In the CYBERSIGHT app, you can choose from different HUD layouts tuned for intervals, long rides, or racing, and then select exactly which data fields you want to see in each.

Is the HUD always on?
