How does the AI coach work? Is it reliable?

The AI coach offers personalized suggestions based on your activity data. These insights are for reference only and should not be treated as medical or training advice. Always make decisions based on your physical condition and environment.

When is the AI triggered?

AI is only active when Zenith is connected to a phone with internet access.

During activity, the system automatically evaluates your performance and may trigger prompts. You can also manually activate AI guidance by long-pressing the Remote Controller.

After the ride, your data will be uploaded and summarized. If you’re offline, the summary will sync once the network is restored.

Is the AI feature free to use?

Yes, the AI feature is currently in beta and free to all users. Pricing or usage policies may be introduced in future updates.

Why does the AI sometimes respond slowly?

Response time depends on network quality. In areas with poor connectivity, AI calculations or feedback may be delayed.
